Refund & Return Policy
Our return/refund policy is valid for 60 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please include your order number and/or receipt.

Refunds (if applicable):
If your refund is approved, we will dispatch the funds to be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send an email to: Exchanges@ElevateRecovery.com
